Accord Production Center
In 2001 it was plainly apparent that Accord Productions had outgrown it’s office space at the Grove 2000 building. The brothers and owners of Accord Productions, Max and Rocky Wyler, started the hunt for a production building that would meet more needs of their clients. Besides needing more office space, the location had to be close to existing clients, allow 24 hour access, air conditioning and allow Accord to service downtown clients as well as clients in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and have easy access to I95 for crews to get to locations on South Beach, North Miami and Broward county.
The production offices had to be on a high traffic location to increase company and location awareness. The production building had to be in a neighborhood that clients felt safe coming to visit and it had to have plenty of parking. After 18 months they both came to the same conclusion, this location did not exist. Any business in the Production / Post Production / Audio / Public Relations industry up to that time, had to compromise one or more of the above conveniences, if they wanted production office space.
As has been the model of excellence for many of Accord’s services, the brothers decided that if this office space was not available then, other production related companies had to have similar needs and they would look for a location that they could meet Accord’s needs as well as provide office space for others. They did not have to look far, two buildings right next door to their old location became available. The property was purchased and office space was offered to the very best companies in the industry. All these companies have over 10 years of experience and are true experts in their field, not only that, they are nice people too! From time to time production office space becomes available, so if you think your company is great at what they do, maybe the Accord Productions Center can be your new home.

There is a 3rd floor conference room available to every tenant. You can utilize the space as you need to make it an extension of your production office. Available by appointment.

The Accord Production Center is a 24 hour access building. We offer access to your suite and amenities 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
